Boy, do you guys have low standards.

Rod takes delight in being offensive. It completely overrides whatever
other value there may be in his post. BTW, he's in OZ.

You can either ignore or killfile him, or engage in these kinds of
exchanges. Most of us have better things to do, YMMV. And you really
need to understand what cross posting is all about. None of us see or
even care about your confirmation number. To me, as a long time denizen
of usenet, it just seems ridiculous.

Jeff

Could you please rephrase that in <fourth grade English?

Jeff, I realize you are probably posting from a newsgroup other than
rec.gambling.poker. But why make my day more difficult? I was ok with it
when the group made Ramashiva and me the senior and assistant coordinators,
respectively. But Jeff, I'm not even getting paid for this. I have a real
job and then I just try to help keep the group coordinated in my spare time.
I also like to play poker when I get home, and so that's when I try to keep
the flow of the threads smooth, when I am between hands. Have you even
checked your Profile lately? You'll see that the box where the confirmation
number goes is just blank. It's not grayed out, it's completely empty. I'm
thinking you must have posted to our group at least once before 2004 when
the system had the major upgrade. Ramashiva worked on that himself, he is
really smart about computers. But there appears to be that one minor flaw
that if you were on the system before that time period then the confirmation
number drops off and you have to resubmit your request for one. He's
usually quite prompt about getting back to you so if everyone can get up to
par on this it will be over with really quickly and we can get on with the
business of open and honest conversation with all kinds of nice people from
all walks of life. Plus, it really helps me to coordinate it.

Thank you Jeff!

Best regards,
-Paul Popinjay
Asst. Coordinator, Rec.Gambling.Poker

Pathetic.

I've said that myself before you ever did.

Yes, but doing nothing now is absolutely guaranteed to produce another
great depression or worse, essentially because all modern first and second
world economys are so utterly dependant on credit for everything now.

There's hardly any business enterprise that doesnt depend on
credit now, even if thats just credit in the hands of the consumers.

The reason I pointed out that you are stupid is that you're too stupid
to be able to grasp the significance of that indisputable fact and are
just mindless obsessing about the undoubted stupiditys that have
produced the current fiasco. Thats all completely irrelevant when
considering what we should do now to avoid a great depression or worse.
