Automatic concealed carry permits for bikers. Each biker is allowed to
bag NO MORE THAN THREE drivers. The driver can't possibly know whether
the biker has hit his limit or not.

Easy and cheap solution. Next problem...

Also because people used to "read books".

Some people have read books like "The Interpretation of Dreams by
Sigmund Freud". After reading such a book, the person might be curious
and interested in what someone else has dreamed about...

How does Okara do in containers? I plant cherry tomatoes in ~2 gallon
pots and they do fair-to-OK.

Perhaps you are thinking "The grass is greener...", but I'm guessing
that after no more than a short visit here, you too would tire of all
the wet grey weather that La Nina has brought us this spring.

Speaking of the green grass, just last weekend I was getting in a
little driveway batting practice with my son when he accidentally hit
pop fly into the thick of the lawn. Without thinking, I went in to
look for it -- a foolish move on my part given the late hour. I soon
became hopelessly lost, with darkness fast approaching. By sheer luck
I stumbled upon an encampment of friendly aboriginals who took me in
for the night. At the break of twilight, they sent me on my way with
a few provisions and a crude map of the way out of the tangle. I
never found the missing baseball, but I consider myself lucky to have
emerged with my life.

Or, just remove the filter cartridge, hose it off, soak in TSP, rinse thoroughly
and re-install.

I see a Christian in denial of riding a bike as prevention to climate
change.

You don't have to go EVERYWHERE with a bike, just go wherever you can
--at least to church. ;)

Maybe you should move away from the Bible Belt to ride a bike.

I like to expose a predator when I see one. That's my job: HUNTER,

The biggest predator ever seen in the long history of evolution.

We just need to curb the greed and excess of conspicuous behavior such
as the SUV. It's the nouveau riche and the age of globalization that
worries me. China and India are joining the club while the cyclists
become the outcasts.

Right here in America we are relegated to riding grinding sidewalks
along the lumpenproletariat.

Do we need a martyr for the revolution? Do we need a Man of Wisdom? I
don't think so. We already have plenty of dead people...

"Bad drivers, lousy infrastructure, and speed limits that are too high
inside urban areas are a major reason for wrecks between bicycles and
motor vehicles in FL, with poor knowledge of the laws for riding a
bike and operating a motor vehicle around a bike being the major area
of concern. Even if you know what to do if the driver of the motor
vehicle doesn't know what to do you're still just as dead. The parents
of one of the dead cyclists speak out about the situation."

Prices have gone up. New welcome-to-Algodones facility. New
welcome-to-the-US facility -- a real building, not just the trailer.
Glasses are now roughly the same price as discount glasses around here.
The weather was nice, though.

And as the radio ads say, "Each store is independently owned and operated",
which of course means that Grocery Outlet is probably more of a buying
co-operative and not a chain store at all. Another example of a buying
co-op is Ace Hardware. Each one is totally independent, but they get bulk
buying discounts because they buy products together so they can put in huge
orders.
