Even Shiller has backed away from CAPE because it doesn't
reflect that all investments compete. When fixed income
options yield low return, stocks become more attractive,
meaning higher P/E values are justified.
 
Maybe justified isn't exactly the right word.

What about a 6 figure mutual & bond fund larger than the amount that I don't want to break into.
