Cheap prepaid. Once you've bought $100 worth of minutes, from then on they all
roll over as long as you buy $10 worth (maybe 30 minutes or so) each year.
I've got 800 minutes now, and I don't make more than 4 calls a month ("Hi,
there's traffic, I'll be a little late."), rarely that. On a per-minute basis
it's not particularly cheap, but on a per-year basis you can't find anything
better.
