That's ridiculous. If I were you, I would sue TF in small claims court.

=================================

Actually I called my credit card company - Visa.. Visa asked me to stay on
the phone. They said they had a special phone number & a code that would
cut through the delay. They did get what sounded like an office in the U.S.
and the TF person agreed to get right on it while we were on the phone.
Then they told Visa they could not get through to the department that could
fix the problem and would have to get back to them. In yesterday's mail I
got a letter from Visa saying TF did not respond. They credited my account
with the $152.

This reinforces why I posted the original note as a warning. TF had been a
good company in the past but something is clearly broken. Consumer be
warned!

Also shows how using a CC can easily get your money back in this type
of dispute.

And a hell of a lot easier to use than the small claims court too.

Wait a minute, if all the monkeys coordinate something together --this
is being posted throughout Europe & Africa-- and we boycott Swedish
women they may grow fatally bored and turn their resentment on the
government.

Do we have any other means to make them react? ;)

Well, I know one: Giving the Swedish government very bad PR.

I will win. Good triumphs over Evil.

Besides, who else will deliver the goods but the Wisdom of the Jungle.
You know the problem with bicycles goes much deeper than it seems and
it boils down to Wall Street and Big Oil, don't you?

Oh no, Scandinavian pussy goes with nice looks and body. And they are
hot, maybe due to the cold and the mild temperament of the guys. Women
like Italians and Spanish, and of course, blacks.

But they have the best political system in the world.

That's the problem with democracy, which is meant to be government by
"the people," and when the governments fucks up you got no one to
blame. I say the sheep who vote are responsible as much as the
government.

Didn't Bush win with the support of "the people" the second time
around? Why don't they make plain and naked tyranny, to avoid the bad
PR?

Democracies in the West stand pretty naked anyway.

I don't think he'll take the jump because many people are afraid of
the truth. Many people actually hide from it if it threatens their
lifestyle or requires some major mental overhaul. The most they dare
is a tuneup. ;)

Same point is demonstrated with Assange. Many people are simply afraid
of the truth for the same reasons. "What will happen if I must see the
ugly beast?" Climate Change is a similar issue...

This hiding from the truth though is what is threatening us with
extinction. At some point you must become a li-on hunter (hunter of
the lie). I just got to jump on the lion and expose the beast. The lie
may have been a defense mechanism in evolution, but it's not working
anymore.

Enough for the Wisdom of the Jungle, off I go in my monkey bike.

80% are dumb and 20% are crazy, who are the people that create.

In order to get somewhere we must leave the primitive mind behind,
which means no magical explanations of events. I think someone like
Einstein could lead the world instead of our political leaders versed
in winning elections and wiping out the opposition.

Lack of idealism worries me even more. In this world and age, there's
two kinds of people: THOSE WITH MONEY AND THOSE WITHOUT IT.

Education is only an instrument for living good.

You are expecting too much from education. You must first change the
political climate.

Whoever is in charge I want him to have this motto:

"Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep
moving" -A. Einstein

It seems we live in a world willing to sacrifice the whole of humanity
not to change a bit and make room for the bike and other clever ideas.

Last year at christmas time I tried to send a photo by email to a lot of
people, maybe 80 or so. My way of sending out christmas cards.

I remember some problems because my email program seemed to think that
because I wanted to send a lot, I was spaming and so restricted how many I
could send out at one time.

What would be the best email program to use to send these 'cards': Hotmail,
or Yahoo or GMail?
Or would there be another better way. Thanks for advice.

It rightfully considers it spam, since you are sending the same thing
to so many people.

Personalize each "card" and the problem will go away.

I prefer to use a PC based email program like Outlook Express
and an email system like gmail that accepts POP3 email.

Gmail handles spam much better than yahoo does and something
like Xmas cards is sure to end up on some systems that dont have
proper virus checking, so you could well get quite a bit of spam back.

Important to use the BCC field so the everyone cant see your list of who you send cards to.

> Or would there be another better way.

Yes, just put the pic on one of the pic sites and put just a link in the emails.

Or dont bother with Xmas cards at all.

Even advice to shove your head up a dead bear's arse ? Funky.

Forget USPS.
Forget E-mail too.
I use ESP and send out thousands at no cost on Christmas Eve.

You obviously are an idiot.

In the good old days when a regime was replaced by force of an invasion, all
the principals were slaughtered. Instead, we give them vacations in places
like Guantanamo. The fact of the matter is that we Americans do not have a
clue about how to treat our enemies. Ideally we should just kill them,
something that all previous peoples have known how to do.
