Wertheimer ran a small study to see if she could find environmental
factors in childhood leukemia. She happened to notice a statistical
increase for children within two doors of a neighborhood transformer.
She saw no increase for kids with lines crossing their yards.

There were two problems with the study. First, it was small. In a
small study, one may falsely infer a statistical relationship from what
is random chance. Second, she inferred that kids living close to these
transformers were exposed to more EMFs. That sounds dubious.

In November of 1996, the National Academy of Sciences said there was no
evidence of risk. Scientists from the National Cancer Institute
collaborated in a much larger study in which they measured the EMF
exposure of kids with leukemia and a control group. Results published
in July of 1997 said EMFs were not a risk factor.

Also, in-state long distance calls are often charged at exorbitantly
high rates by carriers such as AT&T, while the pre-paid services charge
all calls at their low rates.

OneSuite has a monthly minimum too, sort of - the minutes expire.

Yes, but $10 lasts for six months (I think). Even with our low usage,
we use that much. (Don't forget, you can use these minutes anywhere,
not just from your home phone. In fact, you can share the minutes with,
say, your parents.)

Ask your local provider if they offer their own LD. I have
Verizon and I was able to pick Verizon LD with no monthly fee.
However, that was a while ago and things may have changed (but
it still pays to call and ask).

Regardless of what Which might say, Henry is the best selling vac in the UK
comercial cleaning market by a huge margin. Cleaning contractors don't ask
for 'vacuums' or 'hoovers' they ask for 'Henrys'. Daily office cleaning is
the toughest sector of the small dry vac market and the Numatic Henry &
varients have totaly dominated it for the last 20 years.

Every major multi national manufacturer in the world has tried to better
Henry & pals and failed miserably.

There is a very good reason for this........

Part of it is who controls the definition of "child molester".

If you find a 9yo girl flips your switch, you've got issues.

However, I guarantee you there are many 14-year olds who are loaded
for bear and quite capable of turning heads prancing around in skimpy
attire, and they're very aware of it. Oh whatever people, friggin'
lie and say it's not true. That's how old a lot of these magazine
models are.

They may have maturity issues, but then again so do many 30-year
olds. Part of THAT is likely to be blamed on our current culture. You
think a typical 14-yo pioneer girl was an airhead like many of today's
little princesses? Once upon a time it wasn't even unusual for girls
to be married in their early teens.

Anyone remember the 60's show F-Troop? Remember Capt. Parmenter's
girlfriend Wrangler Jane? The actress that played the part was 15
when she auditioned.

I don't think it does things better. With Winzip I can extract a
compressed file to a folder of the same name. Automatically.

With the GUI 7-zip approach AFAIK one has to manually put
the name of the folder if one wants it to be the same name
as the archive.

IMO tedious, very tedious.
