Got some here and it is inevitably the same couple of neighbors who
seem to attract like minded lazy bastards for friends who know not the
difference or couldn't give a damn about the law or any other
neighbors. The time of day doesn't seem to hamper them from
exercising their ignorance either.

Actually, I meant to say metabolizability in the case of protein. The
human body does not completely oxidize it.

Some (Republican) congresswoman introduced a bill last week to scale back
on that legislation and force Uncle Sam to keep its big nose out of
people's lightbulbs. I hope it goes through.
