What court do you use? None. You'll spend a bunch of money and you won't be
able to recover any damages because...you don't HAVE any. Ask one of your
neighbors to pick it up if you're going to be away. Or if you really have a
lot of spare time on your hands, contact your local government and see if
the problem might come under some type of littering ordinance. But a
lawsuit? You gotta be kidding.

I would give them written notice that from that day forward their paper
is unwanted and you will have them cited for littering if you find the
paper on your property. My buddy did that with a local paper that
wouldn't stop and actually had them cited. Shortly after that I had the
same issue and calling them and informing them I would have them cited
was enough to stop the delivery.

Forget the founder or his kid. Talk to the kid who is delivering it on
Sunday Morning. Tell him your reasons, either rationally or
irrationally, chances are he won't want to have yourself waiting to see
him next Sunday.

Someone fought that issue locally and wasn't able to get anything done,
including prosecution for littering.

Any idea where the "kid" lives? He might need a spare copy, or two or
three (your neighbors might want to donate theirs). Alternatively, the
lawn or sidewalk in front of the business might work.

Lawsuit? Who said anything about a lawsuit, counselor? I'm taking about some
form of restraining order or directive from the court to stop littering,
trespassing, or breaking whatever ordinance I can find may apply. Of course
there's no personal injury sustained. I know how to file a lawsuit; don't
need that.

They've had written notice three times. The third time - to ensure
delivery - the notice (a simple copy of the prior two) went certified return
receipt. I've got a signature of an employee or agent. Soooo... they've
received notice. Next step... some legal action from the county or me (but
certainly not a lawsuit).

Thought of that, Jeff, and may well do that. Only problem is the window of
delievery is from 5:30AM to as late as 11AM. That's a hell-o-va long time to
sit in from of a front window. My neighbors will think I'm nuts!

I've paid my paper carrier extra to deliver my subscription to the door for
thirty years. The unsolicited, unsubscribed "rag" is thrown on the driveway
apron and left in the street when the deliverer looses arm. I don't wanna'
walk to the apron or street every Sunday when I AM home. If I do that... why
pay extra to have the subscription paper delivered?

The fix has to be made with the paper, who in turn feels pressure enough to
lean on the delivery agent.

Okay, when you say "the founder's kid," do you mean the person who
delivers the paper owns it?

After having three children who did paper routes, I can say that
probablyi the most effective way to get it stopped is to call the
newspaper every single time you get it and complain that you don't want
it on your driveway -- not the carrier, the newspaper. If the carrier
is a contractor, they will be penalized for complaints, and it should stop.

We stopped exchanging with the grown siblings and the neices/nephews years
ago. I have 4 (grown) kids of my own, my sister has 3, my brother has 2.
None of us can afford to shop for all those people.

We get together with that side of the family on Christmas Eve, have pizza
from a local shop, and just visit. Sometimes we do exchange new or more
current family photos, but the money train stopped years ago. It was a
relief for all believe me.

Another pig ignorant lie. The govt cuts taxes to deal with that.

Taxes that are already one of the lowest in the entire modern

And the federal surpluses are an entirely separate

Much of what we export to China is for domestic consumption too,
essentially because we dont on the whole sell to China too much of
what it exports to the rest of the world in processed form. We have
always done much more of that with Japan, particularly the metal and
ore exports. Most of the iron ore exports to china are currently ending
up in domestic consumption, particularly in building and construction etc.

> Natural gas and coal is for her own use, neither is processed nor re-exported.

Precisely, so your claim at the top is just plain wrong.

> Japan's exports are in the high tech sector that does not require
> much raw materials and certainly not heavy metal products.

Thats just plain wrong with the car industry particularly.

> There are few if any fully loaded massively large container ships
> leaving Japan's ports on a scale anywhere close to China's.

Another pig ignorant lie with cars particularly.

> That is Japan's demand was and is still stagnant and her consumption
> of your exports does not drive prices. China's demand does.

Irrelevant to that pig ignorant lie of yours now right at the top
which you carefully deleted from the quoting and I have restored.

> Minerals, coal, oil and gas is an extractive industry. Once
> out of the ground you don't do much else with it. Don't get

And that STILL produces a positive balance of trade in OUR favour with Japan
and China, something that neither Canada, the US or the EU can manage.

> Australia is blessed with rich deposits of minerals, is close to her
> markets and can ship cheaply by sea. That's the luck of the draw,

Never ever did that. I JUST rubbed your pig ignorant nose in the FACT
that we have a positive balance of trade in OUR favour with Japan and
China, something that neither Canada, the US or the EU can manage
and that there are very few chinese employed in our mining industrys.

> Go dig up the records from as recently as 10 years back.

Dont need to, I've been investing in the mining industry for going on 50
years now thanks, and making a lot of money in the process myself.

> You mining boom predicates on Chinese demand.

Another pig ignorant lie. We had a positive balance of trade in OUR favor
even when that fool Mao was damaging the chinese economy very severely
indeed and even now we STILL sell a lot more to Japan than to China.

> Canada's extractive resources boom is also due to Chinese demand,

No it isnt, most obviously with aluminium. In fact fuck all of canadian exports end up in china.

> and we have oil too.

Fuck all of which ends up in china.

> We have no illusions about how important that market is to us.

Its MUCH less important than the US, EU and Japan in fact.

> We have also no illusions about our competitiveness in other
> fields including high tech. We just don't have the population,
> therefore the market size, to compete globally in any field the

How odd that we have a lower population and manage it fine.

> And we may end up as just extractive resources
> suppliers to the US, China and the rest of the world.
> Australia is in the same boat and your compensating

Irrelevant to the FACT that we have a positive balance of trade in OUR favour with
Japan and China, something that neither Canada, the US or the EU can manage.

> Sure it takes big big bucks to open up a mine. The technology

No they arent. We run a number of mines outside the country too.

Pity the design engineering does.

> A high school diploma or a two year college course is good
> enough for these very well paid jobs. These job openings

Another pig ignorant lie. We have always had such a shortage of that
sort of ape that those industrys employ hordes of new immigrants.

> In fact in every country these somewhat skilled jobs are union protected

Another pig ignorant lie. We have completely eliminated
that problem in most of the mining industry.

> and do not welcome outsiders.

Another pig ignorant lie. We have always had such a shortage of that
sort of ape that those industrys employ hordes of new immigrants.

> So outsiders (aka Chinese) who can go to university
> and go into professions and faculties

And dont end up as engineers in the mining industry
that employs hordes of university qualified professionals.

> (that the locals do not have enough brains to qualify for.)

Another pig ignorant lie.

> Anyway from your history in this group, time has already passed you by.

Nope, its might just be the main reason I'm rolling in it, unlike you.

> Me too. You are not a player in today's economy because
> you have neither the qualifications or technical skills.

Guess who just got egg all over its silly little pig ignorant face, yet again ?

I happen to have better professional qualifications from university than the
absolute vast bulk of chinese in this country have. Technical skills in spades.

> All your pontificating, posturing and plain pissing off impresses no one.

Your pig ignorant lies about the australian economy in spades.

Your flagrantly racist claims about chinese in spades, every single person
who has chosen to comment has noticed your problem in that area.

Huh? Degree(s) from which university and year of graduation(s). Your
professional affliations. These are easy enough to confirm with the
click of a mouse.

Yep. Skills of the spade (and prick) kind. Your technical expertise
is in gutter language ( the prick part.) That figures. You were
born there and never got out of the gutter. You are too comfortable
there deep in dirt. You have a legion of fans in this newsgroup some
of whom had compiled their custom profile of your social shortcomings
(welfare bum, etc.) and described that noggin (aka pint sized brain)
of yours. That's quite an accomplishment.

As for your other rants, I do not have a first hand knowledge of
Australia. True. I had already said quite a few posts ago that in
the scheme of things Australia is a side show and of little interest.
I do have friends and relatives in Ozzieland. There isn't much news
of interest from your part of the world. Socially challenged rejects
like yourself my Chinese contacts can easily ignore and keep out of
their circle. The more refined Ozzies are easy enough to get along
with and predictably unremarkable. You guys seldom come up in our
conversations. One interesting tid bit, from my brother in law in
Singapore, is that you Ozzies are so freaked out about Chinese owning
housing property that there is a law that prevents them from reselling
their house(s) in the open market. They have to resell it to an Ozzie
white guy so that the price will be low enough for whitey to afford.
That speaks spades about your country's residual racism and your
individual economic status than any rant you can come up with. B-i-l
owns two mansions in Perth, prime ocean view, swimming pools and all,
one he uses for his vacations and the other a rental property. Most
ordinary Ozzies won't be able to afford to buy them anyway. That's
why I said earlier that you should take a drive by in the newer
housing developments and observe who lives there.

Man. You are so predictable and easy to crank up (aka mess up your
noggin) The measure is how long it takes to get you to sputter along
in your foul language mode. The answer is not much at all..

I know who lives there thanks, and you can research that stuff online anytime too.

see the other posts on this subject, along with a url for a person who
verifies this attitude in his/her webpage. the one in NM did not know

that was his policy no matter who it was if the animal was suffering.
Tucson vets just don't care, the 20 or so I contacted. They are pigs
really and have their staff do the dirty work of turning pets down for
treatment or witholding treatment or worse. there are so many vets here,
probably they are so hard up for cash, this is the only way they can

BAGHDAD - Mortar shells slammed into an Interior Ministry prison on
Monday, killing at least seven inmates and wounding 23 while they
slept, police and a hospital official said.

The shells hit a prison made up of several cell blocks, each
containing prisoners accused of terrorism-related crimes or civil
offenses, police said.

Police said American troops had sealed off the area and were
investigating the bombardment, which took place about 6:30 a.m. The
U.S. military said it had no immediate information, and Iraqi Interior
Ministry officials could not be reached for comment.

A hospital official said the inmates were still asleep when the
mortars hit, one landing directly on a cell and two others nearby.
Casualties were sent to a hospital inside the Interior Ministry
compound for treatment, the official said.

The police and hospital officials spoke on condition of anonymity
because they were not authorized to release details of the attack.

The attack came a day after Iraq's defense minister promised to wage a
new crackdown in a volatile province northeast of Baghdad where
militants are trying to regroup after being routed from their urban
stronghold there last summer.

Suicide attacks have killed more than 20 people in the last three days
in Diyala province, a tribal patchwork of Sunni Arabs, Shiites and
Kurds that stretches from Baghdad to the border with Iran.

Defense Minister Abdul-Qader al-Obeidi told The Associated Press that
preparations had begun for a fresh military operation in the
provincial capital, Baqouba, about 35 miles from Baghdad.

"If we succeed in controlling areas of Diyala close to Baghdad, the
rate of incidents in Baghdad decreases by 95 percent," al-Obeidi told
the AP.

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, meanwhile, arrived in southern
Iraq on a surprise visit to the southern city of Basra Sunday,
signaling what London hopes will be the transition from a military
mission in Iraq to one with a stronger economic component.

"The great venture that started with all the difficulties we face,
that cost causalities, means we have managed now to get Iraq into a
far better position," Brown told British troops, who lined the
staircases of an airport base to watch his evening arrival. "Not that
violence has ended, but we are able to move to provincial Iraqi
control and that's thanks to everything you have achieved."

The British plan to hand over security responsibilities for the oil-
rich area to the Iraqis in the coming weeks.

Violence has declined sharply in Iraq since June, when the influx of
U.S. troops to the capital and its surrounding areas began to gain
momentum. Also credited with the decline were the freeze in activities
by the Mahdi Army militia, led by the radical Shiite cleric Muqtada al-
Sadr, and the decision by tens of thousands of Iraqis -- most of them
Sunni Arab -- to join the fight against al-Qaida.

But it has been a constant challenge to subdue extremists in Diyala,
which is the eastern gateway to Baghdad. More than two years ago, U.S.
forces thought they'd turned the corner and American commanders handed
over substantial control of the province to the Iraqi army in August
2005.

Al-Qaida began moving into Diyala in 2006 after losing its sanctuaries
in Anbar Province and declared Baqouba as the capital of the Islamic
State of Iraq.

Last summer, American troops regained control of Baqouba in a pair of
operations, restoring some government services and commerce after
months of isolation.

But U.S. officers said at the time they expected the extremists to
scatter to hills north of Baqouba and to the city of Muqdadiyah to the
east and try to regroup.

Americans have fostered groups of former militants who have switched
sides in the fight against al-Qaida. Any gains are hard-won, however:
On Friday, a pair of suicide bombings less than 10 miles apart killed
at least 23 people -- more than half of them members of the anti-al-
Qaida groups.

Rear Adm. Gregory Smith, a U.S. military spokesman, credited
intelligence gleaned from Iraqis tired of militant violence, as well
as American efforts to track down insurgents' financing, safe houses
and bomb-making facilities to the decline in violence around the
country. He said Diyala would soon see the same level of improvement.

"We believe there will be a secure, stable Diyala in months to come,"
Smith said.

About 60 miles south of Baghdad, a roadside bomb struck the convoy
carrying the police chief of Babil province, killing him and two of
his bodyguards, officials said. Brig. Gen. Qais al-Maamouri, the
police chief of Babil's provincial capital of Hillah, was the latest
in a series of assassinations against provincial leaders in the mainly
Shiite region.

Al-Maamouri was politically independent and had a reputation for
leading crackdowns against militia fighters and resisting pressure
from religious and political groups to release favored members.

Work from home opportunity to those that all looking for both
financial freedom and time to enjoy life. This business opportunity is
the one to get you there. If you're sick of looking for a business
opportunity to do from the comfort of your own home - receiving boring
manuals to read and discs to view (not to forget all those annoying
phone calls), look no further.

It's hard to accept the economy is slowing as it's been essentially
stagnant for the past 7-8 years.

I'm guessing you also want cash or a Western Union transfer as well.

balance transfers are a popular feature for credit card offers.
Usually, new credit cards offer a 0 % annual percentage rate, or a 0
balance transfer for a limited time, and then the introductory rate
expires and the APR increases dramatically.

If you are trying to decrease debt on the credit cards you hold a high
interest rate, a 0 percent balance transfer credit card offer may be
your best option for paying off your debt. Also, a 0 percent interest
balance transfer can get you some other perks through credit card
companies that offer rewards. There are several things to look for

Allâh, Exalted is He says, "You who have faith! Have taqwâ of Allâh
and be with the truthful"; "...being true to Allâh would be better
for
them"; "... men and women who are truthful...Allâh has prepared for
them
forgiveness and an immense reward"; "Among the believers are those
who
have been true to the contract they made with Allâh. Some of them
have
fulfilled their pact by death and some are still waiting to do so,
not
having changed in any way at all. So that Allâh might recompense the
truthful for their sincerity..."
Truthfulness is the conformity of the outer with the inner, speech
with deed, and narrative with reality. [1]
Therefore truthfulness occurs in intention, speech and deed and not
just speech as many people may think. As such a person who informs of
something that is not in conformity to reality is not truthful, a
person who does a good deed intending to show off is not being
truthful, a hypocrite who shows faith but conceals disbelief is not
being truthful, a person who shows one face here and another face
there is not being truthful etc.

MAKE $250,000 IN WEEKS - AS SEEN ON OPRAH & 20/20
**Proven by various, highly-respected U.S. TV and Radio programs as
being
100% legal, feasible and true.**
**Oprah Winfrey and ABC's investigation team 20/20 also prove it can
be
done.***

For a simple investment of 15-30 minutes and just $6,
it is 100% worth it to
make thousands so quickly.

From PayPal:
"Dear Member, it has come to our attention that there is a PayPal
investing
opportunity floating around at the moment you may have heard or seen
the $6
investment. You may have even taken part in it. Well we have been
asked a
lot of questions about this investment the answer is yes it does work
and
yes it is safe to use providing you follow the rules it is legal and
has
made a big hit on the internet this year. If you would like to take
part in
this scheme or would like a bit more information then please see the
attached file that was kindly donated to us. Thank you for using
PayPal!"

Turn $6 into $15,000 in only 30 days...here's how! - revealed to you
in
step-by-step detail.

I found this on a bulletin board and decided to try it:
Make Money with your PayPal account as shown on Oprah!
"A little while back, I was browsing through news groups and came
across an
article similar to this that said you could make thousands of dollars
within
weeks with only an initial investment of $6.00!

So I thought, "Yeah right, this must be a scam", but like most of us,
I was
curious, so I kept reading. Anyway, it said that you send only $1.00
to each
of the 6 email addresses stated in this article.

You then place your name and address at the bottom of the list at the
# 6th
position and email it to your friends as well as post this message
(with
your email address in the list) to at least 200 newsgroups.

(There are thousands)

So after thinking it over, and talking to a few people first, I
thought
about trying it. I figured "what have I got to lose except $6.00,
right?"

So I invested the measly $6.00

Well GUESS WHAT!!

Within days, I started getting money coming into my Pay Pal account!

I was shocked!

I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in.

In my first week, I made about $25.00, which means that 25 people
joined the
group after they saw my posted messages.

By the end of the second week I had made a total of over $1000.00!

In the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing.

This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over
$42,000.00
and it's still coming in rapidly.

It's certainly worth $6.00, and the few minutes it took to join
PayPal.

I have spent more than that on the lottery!

Let me tell you how this works and most importantly, why it works.
Also,
make sure you print a copy of this article

NOW, so you can get the information off of it, as you need it.

I promise you that if you follow the directions EXACTLY, that you will
start
making more money than you thought possible by doing something so
easy!

SUGGESTION:
Read this entire message carefully!
Follow the simple directions and watch the money come in, it's that
easy!
It's legal. And, your investment is only $6.00.

AGAIN, PLEASE NOTE:

Follow these directions EXACTLY, and $20,000 or more can be yours in 4
to 6
weeks.

This program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity
of the
participants. Please continue its success by carefully adhering to the
instructions. In this business your product is not solid and tangible,
it's
a service. You are in the business of developing Mailing Lists. Many
large
corporations are happy to pay big bucks for quality lists. However,
the
money made from the mailing lists is secondary to the income, which is
made
from people like you and me asking to be included in that list.

Here are the 3 easy steps to success:

REQUIREMENTS:
You must have a verified PayPal account. If you do not have an
account,
take a few minutes to join Paypal FREE: www.paypal.com
Paypal is 100% secure and is used by millions of people worldwide.
The Internet's most trusted Internet banking system for your future
income.
When creating your Paypal account make sure you use the same Email
address
as your user name in the list below so people can send money to your
account.

STEP 1
Once you have a Paypal account running, use Paypal to pay $1 to EACH
of the
6 Email Addresses below because you

pay people with an email address in Paypal.
FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS:
1. Log in to PayPal. Go to SEND MONEY tab.
2. Type in
Recipients name: (Email address)
Subject:: "EMAIL LIST"
Category:"SERVICE"
Comments: "PLEASE ADD ME TO YOUR EMAIL LIST".
3. Next screen: CHECK PAYMENT DETAIL - Select "NO SHIPPING ADDRESS
REQUIRED"
4. Send Money.
THAT'S IT. YOU'RE DONE!!

What you are doing is creating a service.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL!
You are requesting a legitimate service and you are paying for it!

Send $1.00 to EACH of these Email addresses:

1. whokeyad@yahoo.com

1. rross34@aol.com

2. checo2021@yahoo.com

3. killerosa21@gmail.com

4. linkatam@yahoo.com

5. Jcmabrey85@aol.com

6. c_haarer@yahoo.com

STEP 2
Now,... AFTER paying $1.00 to each of the email addresses above, take
the #1
Email Address off the list, move the

other Email Addresses up (6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, etc.) and add Your
Email
Address as number 6 on the list.

STEP 3
Keep this article as close to the original as possible.
Post this article to at least 200 newsgroups (there are thousands of
groups).
And email your message to as many people you can. Remember, the more
you
post and email the more money you make!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

post
message button. You're done with your first one! Congratulations!

REMEMBER, THE MORE NEWSGROUPS YOU POST IN, THE MORE MONEY YOU WILL
MAKE!!

BUT YOU HAVE TO POST A MINIMUM OF 200!

That is it!

PLEASE REMEMBER

This program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity
of the
participants and by their carefully adhering to the directions.

You are simply paying into a money making chain of participants and if
the
chain is broken you are screwing someone else out of their fair share.

So, as each person who joins the family and the directions are
followed, six
members will be reimbursed for their participation as a List Developer
with
one dollar each.

You then insert your Email Address into the list and it will move up
geometrically.

So that when your name reaches the #1 position you will have
potentially
received thousands of dollars into your account!!!

JUST MAKE SURE ALL THE ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT.

Now the WHY part out of 200 postings:

Say I receive only 5 replies (a very low example).So then I made $5.00
with
my name at #6 on the letter. Each of the 5 persons who just sent me
$1.00
make the MINIMUM 200 postings, each with my name at # 5 and only 5
persons
respond to each of the original 5, this is an additional $25.00 for
me.
Now those 25 each make 200 minimum posts with my name at #4 and only 5
replies each. This brings in an additional $125.00. Those 125 persons
turn
around and post the MINIMUM 200 with my name at #3 and receive 5
replies
each, I will make an additional $625.00. Oh, now here is the FUN part,
each
of those 625 people post a MINIMUM of 200 letters with my name at #2
and
they receive 5 replies each. That just made me $3,125.00!!!

Those 3125 persons will all deliver this message to 200 newsgroups
with my
name at #1 and if still 5 persons per 200 react, I will receive an
additional $15,625.00!!

With an investment of only $6.00!!

A - M - A - Z - I - N - G - !!

Thanks,
Chris

And the e Ozzie government has so much money in the bank that it
doesn't know what to do with it?

Oct 2007:

http://www.imf.org/external/np/sta/ir/aus/eng/curaus.htm

A. Official reserve assets 33,162.85 millions. (33 billions).

CITIGroup had already lost more than that in the subprime mess.

Japan had no growth for more than a decade. She is only now beginning
to get out of the economic basement, again due to trade with China.
In fact China had just edged the US out as Japan's biggest trading
partner.

Given that Japan is the second biggest economy after the US and that
she has practically no natural resources of her own, sure her imports
will be large just to maintain domestic consumption. Natural gas and
coal is for her own use, neither is processed nor re-exported.
Japan's exports are in the high tech sector that does not require much
raw materials and certainly not heavy metal products. There are few
if any fully loaded massively large container ships leaving Japan's
ports on a scale anywhere close to China's. That is Japan's demand
was and is still stagnant and her consumption of your exports does not
drive prices. China's demand does.

Minerals, coal, oil and gas is an extractive industry. Once out of
the ground you don't do much else with it. Don't get too awed by the
size of the machines. Basically its dig and sell. Australia is
blessed with rich deposits of minerals, is close to her markets and
can ship cheaply by sea. That's the luck of the draw, not something
you can attribute to your cleverness or hard work. Go dig up the
records from as recently as 10 years back. You mining boom predicates
on Chinese demand.

Canada's extractive resources boom is also due to Chinese demand, and
we have oil too. We have no illusions about how important that market
is to us. We have also no illusions about our competitiveness in
other fields including high tech. We just don't have the population,
therefore the market size, to compete globally in any field the
Chinese chose to enter. And we may end up as just extractive
resources suppliers to the US, China and the rest of the world.
Australia is in the same boat and your compensating economic sectors
are even less than Canada's.

Sure it takes big big bucks to open up a mine. The technology and
equipment is available to anyone with the money. Mining engineers one
can hire from anywhere. Operators are all local. Operating giant
mining machines does not require top class brain power. A high school
diploma or a two year college course is good enough for these very
well paid jobs. These job openings are guarded jealously in
Ozzieland, in Canada and in the US. In fact in every country these
somewhat skilled jobs are union protected and do not welcome
outsiders. So outsiders (aka Chinese) who can go to university and go
into professions and faculties (that the locals do not have enough
brains to qualify for.)

Anyway from your history in this group, time has already passed you
by. Me too. You are not a player in today's economy because you
have neither the qualifications or technical skills. All your
pontificating, posturing and plain pissing off impresses no one.

I want to stop a local free paper from leaving there unwanted "rag" on the
apron of my driveway every Sunday. I've asked politely over the years and
they have complied. But since the business has been turned over to the
founder's "kid', I get no respect. :-) So... I sent him a registered letter.
Foour days latter... trash on the apron!

I assume I can file some restaraining order with some court but I don't know
what type of court I should be looking for. I assume it's not a municipal
but a county court (we're in two separate counties).

My reason for the request is that the paper is a dead give-away that there's
no one home. I live alone and if I travel... bingo; the paper is a red flag.
I can stop the paper I subscribe to, but this little nuscense is a pain in
the butt. Sooooo. I guess I gotta' jam the order down the kid's throat.

Anyone had experience with a similar problem and can give guidance where to
file and what to ask for? I've had experience with probating wills and
filing suit for some attempting to collect on a bad debt; reading and
following instructions won't be a problem if I get to the right departments.
