it would not work on the basis of hydrogen used as a fuel due to the
load on your alternator required to produce the hydrogen, however
as a catalyst to burning gasoline the hydrogen *might have a net
positive effect... hotter more complete combustion of the gasoline or
whatever
However if that were the case this unpatentable technology would have
long since become a standard.. so... I doubt that its viable.
