That makes sense if people think about it. The buyer won't have the
money to test for lead either. Buyers at garage sales don't remember
where they purchased everything anyway. On the other hand, thrift
shops may have a bit deeper pockets and there are those who look for
somebody to sue, except I don't know that any of the fine goes to the
buyer. They would probably have to bring a civil suit. I hope it works
out that garage sales are bigger then ever due to the economy because
I really count on them. I start making a list about this time of year.

Bet it has no effect at all.

Eventually, such stuff will go to jury trial, and the juries will
refuse to convict. Until then, items will be sold to and for ADULTS
ONLY. Police will be too strapped for cash to follow up on people
selling doll clothing for dolls the size of a ten year old.

Stupid, stupid, stupid law. Idiotic Congress.

Header says it all

Also.... if taking early withdrawals (before
59.5)...... is there any advantage form converting the
Rollover to Roth BEFORE doing that?

Or is the end result still the same?

A frying pan is a bit more flexible, but there is a big advantage in
favor of a George Foreman Grill; it cooks on both sides at the same
time. Secondly, a GFG is a lot easier to clean then a frying pan.

Not if you can't remove the plates. I don't want to dirty anything I can't soak
until I feel like dealing with it, especially if it involves grease.

But you can wipe clean the only part that the food touches. Mostly
they're teflon coated, so it shouldn't really need soaking, nothing
burns on. And it gets heated up to sterilization temperature every
time you use it.

Of course, if you get the "yuck" response, explaining that it's
sterile probably isn't going to help much.

Unlike a lot of folks, I understand that oil companies actually make
relatively low profit margins. The profits in real dollars look high
because the revenue is also high.

My employer just three or four years made over a 25% profit margin and had
been even higher in years before that.

If you do, be absolutly certain you turn on encryption and
change all the default passwords and keys.

If you don't understand what that means, search for
"securing wifi" or something similar and learn how to do it.

In Minnesota I can't exactly turn it off. At night I set it to 46F,
in the bedroom (with the heat vent closed and the door shut) it can
get down to 40 if it's -20 outside with a wind. More usually about
45. But I've got several quilts and an electric mattress pad that I
use sometimes, so it's not cold sleeping (I find a warm bed in a cold
room quite cozy, actually).

In the daytime I turn it up to 55F (and I work out of my home so I'm
here a lot). And dress for it (T-shirt + flannel shirt or hoodie +
either a quilted shirt or vest). If my hands get cold (that's the
sensitive part of me) I'll turn it up to 60 or 65, but mostly I don't
need to.
