21blackswan@gmail.com: Nov 21 12:01PM -0800 i just did a simple will 1. it had to be Handwritten, by you i think 2. then have 2 witnesses sign it, After you sign it, i think [i stopped by a real estate office, at my small local shopping center] 3. keep it, and maybe one copy, somewhere safe [i plan on getting a safety deposit box, eventually] not too complicated, and frugal cost [my witnesses didn't charge anything] it can probably be as long as you want you can do plenty of research online, for simple wills marc |

However, each state defines what is acceptable within its boundaries. |
