Sure, I'd want someone that writes like this to represent me.
NOT!

Plus while this sort of pre-paid legal service isn't expensive by the
hour, it's expensive by the month. Every month. Not just when you
need a lawyer.

I suspect this particular spam is really a SCAM. No legitimate (competent?)
legal office would write like this.

The banks have been robbing poor people of their money to feed their
kids... deliberately... you can search the complaints on Google... its
been going on for decades.
the tactic has been to record deposits late, and run checks through
an hour earlier than than that, largest check first... so they can
bounce the other checks, or more comonly pay the many smaller ones in
over draft at 35 dollar penalty each time.. I had been hit with $600
over draft penalties in the past, as the 35 dollar penalty charge
kept subtracting from the account even as I made more deposits and was
not notified of the ongoing over drafts... created solely by that
scam. Current deposits totaled more then the checks written on
the deposits. But they would post the deposits ..... last.
I closed both my B of A and wells fargo accounts for good about 5
years ago for that reason and told them why.....
only opening a wells fargo account recently to cash a customers
check, and issue a cashiers check to me while I traveled.
I took, most of that money out 10 days ago, I left 500 dollars
in... in honor of guy fawkes, I am going to stop by Nov 5 (the day
he was hung) to extract my last $500...
see the chart in the link below about whats happened with B of A,
since the occupy yer money from B of A and other major banks was
announced a few weeks ago... and its not even Guy Fawkes day, an
infamous day in history that shall never, ever, be.... forgot.
http://dailybail.com/home/move-your-money-bank-of-america-branch-manager-begs-customer.html
(bank begs customer not to take money out)
these are among the soft salvo's anonymous has promised for the first
year of this revolt.. with holding more devastating moves that will
ramp up if govt and the banks remain corrupt, violent and
abusive.......and keep shooting people in the head....
....beating young ladies in the teeth with batons, and dragging people
off in chains for just sleeping in der park or peeing on the officers
shoes.
so now we have the san diego police in full riot gear... maybe if the
police send thugs after the occupiers aged parents and children that
would work... no wait... the criminal cult already tried that...
lemme see. How about the 1% send tanks and flame throwers in to
burn the 99% alive.
that would be impressive...
December the 5th Im going back into Wells Fargo and B of A and offer
to open accounts if they quit f*cking me....
if they dont promise me in writing... 'we will cease f*cking the
public and phil scott in particular'.. I will tell them never mind...
and hand em an an anonymous card...
a man could get rich printing those up these days... great graphic on
the web for that many anonymous web sites.. you could have the no
phuck terms on the back for signature to speed things up.
.
This would be a superb time frame to renegotiate your firms terms with
its bank. since they are leveraging your deposits ten times.. on
just the first iteration.... you could offer to let them have the
money at only 20%.. they would still make 30 or 90% per year in
leverage . Tell em you will need statements sent the fifth of each
month... because that is a day that shall never be forgot.
in about a year that film, V for Virginity will be broadly
known, along with all of its Verbosity and terms. You can walk in to
any bank , govt office or police station with the V sign hand
signal... and say 'V for Virginity'.
its a good thang.... better than them getting f*cked Id imagine.
