Is this the best deal I'm going to be able to find on 200 pin
pc2-4200 ddr2 sodimms for my laptop? I need 2 GB total, have two slots
that take 1GB chip size max each. Seems like a fair price to me, but of
course I'm always on the lookout for a rebate or something. :-)

Figured I'd ask, just in case one of you came across something better
in the last day or two. I'm upgrading partly because I just want more
memory in here, and also partly because I'm having some occasional
system instability, and would like to remove the system memory as a
possible cause.

Thanks!

Try running your specs through Shopzilla, Dealtime or PriceGrabber.

Hi! What do you guys thing of this:

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/580519-REG/Canon_3190B001_PowerShot_SX#specifications

It doesn't meet ALL of my criteria, but it looks pretty good for
$204.95 plus ship. My only concern really is the 2 AA batteries,
instead of 4.

I want to use AA's because I just bought a bunch of those hybrids -
the low discharge NIMH.

I'd like a good zoom because I'm trying to get good pictures of an
albino squirrel that I'd like to do a story on. My current camera only
has a 3x optical zoom, and about 4mp, and everything I get when zoomed
in is just too blocky looking. For personal use, there are also many
times when I'd like more of a close up picture of a bird, wildlife, or
nature scene that is far off.

Vaseline is hard on rubber. Maybe silicone grease would be a better choice.
