As long as you negotiate the "drive out" or "bottom line" price (the amount
that you are going to write on your check), you don't care about the various
fees and taxes and things. As far as you are concerned its all included.

I have yet to encounter a dealer that will not negotiate to a bottom line
price. Just make sure you've done your homework before you get there so you
know what the answer needs to be.

If you have a Harbor Freight near by their 18V drill works just fine
for me. I don't know that I would use it if I was a professional,
but I have had good luck with it. You might want to look for it on
sale or with a coupon. You can generally get them for a good
price.

And while you are there get yourself a coupon a buy one of
their multipurpose tools for $35. They are great for cutting
odd things. I have used mine for a variety of things, and I
haven't even come close to finding out all the thing I can use it
for. Yesterday I needed to cut down some plastic spacers that were
too long. It did the job in a hurry.

I have one I stumbled on the way to the Lake (Allatoona). Never been
in it because they close on Sunday before I can get there.

Is that one of those that reciprocates back and forth in a small very
fast motion?

I'll check it out.

Bought a 12V Hitachi LiIon, so far, great.

Got a friend who has the small driver with LiIon. I see that they had
good deals on the NiCad combos.

Where do they make them?

The repair kit for their pitter costs more than what the simple pitter
should cost. :(

I probably should buy another strawberry huller just in case they quit
making those, too. I'll put it in my document safe.

I don't have to check mine. Marie Callender's stuff is crap. I'm not
on principle against frozen dinners, though in practice I don't think
any are very good, and a lot of them contain hydrogenated fats.
A cooking group is the last place you should post recalls for frozen
entrees.

Thank you. Some day, someone will notice that neither one solves
problems in the long term. But they do get the VOTES the politicians
so desperately need in the short term.
