I tried Sears' Purchase protectiom department but they say they don't cover such changes. Told me to call 800- 827-6655. Couldn't give me an email or other address. I prefer written contacts to have a record of the discussion and my hearing is not very good for phone conversations. Googled Sears Protection Agreement Sales but no success. Evidently many people have been swamped with robocalls from that number.
