Baloney. Just more typical superficial Consumer Reports FUD. If
ones wallet is lost or stolen, it's a damn sight easier to cancel the
cards that might be in it than to cancel the cash. Debit or "check"
cards with a major brand logo such as Visa or Mastercard carry
precisely the same "protection" and questionable "benefits" as do
branded credit cards, except that some of the supposed "benefits" may
not apply to PIN transactions. I've had occasion to question two
transactions during the past ten-or-so years and on both occurrences
the bank's first question was, "Do you want me to get your money
back?". Any time a consumer challenges a credit/debit transaction the
merchant _always_ is presumed to be wrong; it's in the contract.
People who don't learn the rudiments of protecting themselves when
shopping online are "asking" for it. Unfortunately, the Shopsmart
article mentioned none of the most obvious.

I doubt it given that farmer's markets are cheaper than the other sources of what they sell.

Yard sales in spades.

I repeat ... saying something it so does not make it so, no matter who
says it and that particularly applicable to you. OK, I was right.
The concept, although elementary and expressed in the simplest of
terms, still managed to elude your grasp. You sure are dense. You
actually think that you are in a position to influence public
opinion? You have an entirely too high an opinion of your relevance.
I have neither the time nor the inclination today to make a sincere
effort to do the impossible, that is enlighten an arrogant, self-
indulgent, simpleton who is contentedly ensconced in a cocoon of
delusion and ignorance. You'll just have to brave you demons alone.

The conclusion does not follow from the premise and, as such is
illogical in the extreme (non sequitor). Seems to me that the one
suffering from the heat is the one being stalked and constantly crying
about it.

I guess it takes me longer to work up a tremble? I sincerely doubt
that Tom Sherman fears a windbag coward like you. He probably lost

suck to be you.

An actors line you somehow find profound? Your inability to offer any
form of concession is a sign of weakness That's what's known as a
character flaw.

Tom Sherman is still gainfully employed in the work force. Therefore he is
vulnerable. You and I are retired and can say any damn thing we want. That
is the difference - you numbskull!

Why not run your posts pass your wife and then tell us all what she thinks
of you. Women understand stalkers. She could either take mercy on you or
else kick your dumb ass.

That might be due to a couple of things; first, it's DVG-1402S (not 5).
The "L" suffix indicates it's bundled with Lingo VOIP service.

Second, according to:

http://www.superwarehouse.com/D-Link_Broadband_Phone_Service_VoIP_Router/DVG-1402S_L/p/459946

it's a discontinued product.

There appear to be a few available--but the price is (to me) steep:

http://shopper.cnet.com/routers/d-link-express-ethernetwork/4014-3319_9-31215534.html

lists one supplier at $814.51 (!). I can buy a lot of other stuff for
$800+.

TM is a poor crazy bastard who just posts on his one favorite subject -
hatred of motor vehicles because they interfere with his use of the roads.
His other favorite subject is attacking Christianity. If you respond to this
poor crazy bastard, then you are a poor crazy bastard too.

He likes to reference monkeys and other wild animals normally found only in
zoos because he is most likely a wild beast himself. I think he fornicates
with monkeys, but I can't prove it.

TM should confine himself to just one thread instead of proliferating them
like a poor crazy bastard. He is insane of course. I liken him to the
village idiot of olden times. The difference these days is that no one any
longer recognizes the village idiot because idiocy has become so widespread.

But I will be here to remind one and all of what a poor crazy bastard TM is.
It is mark of My Greatness that I can still recognize the village idiot even
if the rest of you can't.

If I was God I'd be retired and living somewhere in the Caribbean.
Calypso would play in the background, and pot scent would be in the
air.

Then tell the guy in the White House what's the next move.

Communism is like religion: It sounds good until they are in power.
They go against human nature and lie about it.

I like this approch:

"Every line I have written since 1936 has been written, directly or
indirectly, against totalitarianism," quotes George Orwell

Except for someone who was always trying to run the group. Or wanting
your girlfriend. You always had to carry a big stick around.

Only if we let it be a distraction. We can make it a past time.

I am fed up with your animal metaphors. How about I liken you to your god
damn fucking monkeys myself? Yea, I think you are really into monkeys. What
is there about them makes you want to fornicate with them? I think the rest
of us would like to know about the depths of your depravity.

And your attacks on Christianity are truly mind boggling. How would an idiot
like you know anything about anything so abstract as religion. You are
strictly a concrete knower, one who knows about monkey asses and penises and
not much else.

If there is a God, let us hope that He will consign you to Hell from whence
you came. Yea, I pray every day that some motorist there in Florida will
take you out of your misery. And the sooner the better!

Ed, you are going to stalk me, and I will hunt you down with the
precision of the sharpshooter. These groups are not even important to
me. Very poor feedback though some have bravely come on my side. They
don't want to see the big picture. They are afraid of it.

I will keep recycling my posts here and I will let you know that the
bicycles are coming to town one way or another, bike lanes or no bike
lanes, politicians or no politicians, clowns or no clowns.

You sharpen my shooting skills and you keep me amused. I don't believe
in "turning the other cheek" BS, so you are fair game for me too. My
hot groups are Atheism vs. Christianity, and I will pepper you with
the subject.

I'm not a regular soldier. I'm a sniper and I don't waste words. Even
the links you refuse to open have a meaning, a distraction if you
will. Actually I don't write for you. I write for the others, however
few they may be.

You have chosen the path of evil and will make you trip along the way.

You're god damn right I am going to stalk you, the same way you stalk these
newsgroups with your shit posts. I will put my shit against your shit. The
upshot will be that no one will reply, let alone read, any of your posts
except for a few asshole-idiots like yourself, and they don't count any more
then you count.

Now go fuck yourself or, failing that, fuck your g.d. monkeys - you stupid
son of a bitch!
