For manual sharpening, Spyderco used to have a nice set that would
sharpen any type knife, including serrated blades.
 
For electric sharpeners for kitchen knives, the 3-wheel Chef's Choice
is probably the best around. Mine is 15+ years old, but they
apparently have more models now:
