In fact the problems was that house construction more than kept up with population growth.

Nope, its only a trivial subset of animal species that ever see anything like that.

Nope, hardly any of the 'homeless die of it'

That never happens.

Doesnt happen like that.

Great in your case. Do it.

MIndlessly silly, most obviously with welfare.

Makes a hell of a lot more sense to drink some nembutal. You can get it in Mexico.

You already have that, stupid.

You have always been able to kill yourself, fool.

Another pig ignorant lie. And if you are stupid enough to believe that, you should kill yourself right now.

Another pig ignorant lie. Fuck all of them ever die on the streets.

You're completely off with the fucking fairys, as always.

They did LONG ago with the nembutal.

I hate to make predictions but this guy killing himself could set off
a revolution like in Tunisia...

How did it start? A vendor didn't feel like paying taxes and set
himself on fire. And everything went downhill from there.

If we ignore him, we may be off to a rocky road. How about the other
50,000 homeless people populating the streets of NYC alone! A massive
immolation is not good for public image, you know.

Well, now that you get off your chest, maybe we can come up with
solutions to the homeless problem. Firstly, the homeless will given
honorable but easy jobs working for the community. It could be picking
up littering, it could be anything you can do for the community. Maybe
just 4 hours a day that will secure you a private room and the money
you need to survive... and keep your own pride. Secondly, we would ban
homelessness all over the land and those who are sick and do pose a
threat to the community would be treated or interned as the case
warrants.

Our communities are falling apart under the weight of littering and
homeless occupying public places. To give you an idea, we have the
unique privilege of having a public fountain and such romantic place
is occupied by the homeless and their junk 24/7. I'm sure a young
couple can make better use of it. At the same time the church nearby
gives handouts --after the homeless take the speech-- and everybody
seems to be happy.

Yes, we need a solution or euthanasia would be the humane way to end
the suffering. Another sketch from "Life stinks" to give you some
encouragement...

I'm bipartisan too, and can see the weaknesses and strengths of both:

"Communism forgets that life is individual. Capitalism forgets that
life is social, and the kingdom of brotherhood is found neither in the
thesis of communism nor the antithesis of capitalism but in a higher
synthesis. It is found in a higher synthesis that combines the truths
of both." -M.L. King

There is also Puppy Linux, specifically created for older systems, and

Since CompUSA shut down all its brick&mortar shops and went 100%
online, their customer satisfaction has skyrocketed to among the
highest in their field. I've bought my last three systems from them,
and have been always delighted. They were all /refurbished/ by the
way, so I got a lot of bang for my buck. And, they were/are all like

laptop at CompUSA, refurbished or otherwise.

Not to put too fine a point on things.

The current online CompUSA web site has nothing whatever to do with
the former and thankfully defunct CompUSA. The brand and logo were
purchased by TigerDirect as part of the liquidation.

Compare these sites:

A 120G SSD drive with decent read/write speed is going to cost you
over $200. You'll have to decide if you want to spend that on a $300
netbook. BTW, make sure your netbook has a SATA interface before you
go buying one of the commonly available SATA SSD drives. ;-)

I just put together a new desktop PC with a 60G SSD drive for the OS
and common applications ($130). It boots Windows 7, from power on to
login prompt, in about 12 seconds. Zippy.

I am aware of that. TigerDirect has salvaged CompUSA's rep. Just
didn't think it useful to go into details.
