To the best of my knowledge there was no contract. Probably a TOS. I know it's probably dead in the water, but I had hopes. It was really useful for people who only needed to use it once a year :-( Let's see... We used it to find cheap gas stations between Pasadena and Houston 3 years ago. I used to find the ACTUAL address of a business whose street had an ambiguous name maybe a year ago. Uh...
