Or just google "reverse phone lookup". Plenty come up.
I've used Anywho and WhitePages.

I tried that first. The lack of sucess bright me here. Either I don't get
the associated name or I get a big charge request to reveal it.

Whenever I get annoying phone calls with no name attached
to the number I just enter the number in any search engine
and I get several hits. I might have to scroll down 3 or
4 of the results but I eventually find where people have posted
that it's a scam call or someone wanting to sell me something.
