Assholes. LOL, yeah, they probably would except there IS no public transportation in this county. And anyone attempting to ride a bicycle on a real road (not in a residential area) would end up road kill by a logging truck or other 18-wheeler on our two lane roads with no shoulder areas. And they wonder why email has taken over so much of their business. Unfortunately there are no transporter beams yet to transfer packages or other such items so there is still a need for those post offices, especially in rural areas such as this. Nyssa, who at least has very efficient and friendly post office counter folks at her post office which isn't always the case in others |

Time to hoard :-) In the UK, privatisation of gas has led to a true race to the bottom, as companies form on the back of ridiculous wholesale buying projections - and then attract customers, and then end up in liquidation: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-38119754 It was all underwritten by the British government - so the old customers continue to get cheap gas courtesy of the taxpayer. I got a similar deal with Flow Energy - gas for me is about 40% cheaper than last year, guaranteed until October 2017. Just a matter of time before they collapse. -- Cheers, Rob |
