Just about all of them I have, I've gotten mine from strangers. Rarely a problem, and I can usually fix that. In fact often I get things free to fix and use them, like my 50" plasma TV that was free dead, and has worked for years after I replaced $8 of capacitors. My car was bought off Craigslist. My computers are entirely built from used parts. If you like spending lots of money more than you need to, follow that article's recommendations. |
